At In Tune Health and Wellbeing, we primarily provide two forms of massage, Remedial and Swedish.
We offer these massage appointments in both half hour, and one hour lengths.
Remedial massage is a therapeutic approach that focuses on addressing musculoskeletal issues and promoting overall well-being.
Through targeted techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and stretching, it aims to alleviate pain, improve flexibility, and restore optimal function to muscles and joints.
Whether you're recovering from an injury or seeking relief from chronic discomfort, remedial massage offers a personalised and effective solution to enhance your physical health and
recovery.
Swedish massage is a therapeutic massage technique that involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and alleviate muscle tension.
Swedish massage typically incorporates various degrees of pressure to address different layers of muscle tissue.

Angela is passionate about helping people maximise their health and sense of wellbeing.
After working in Education as a Primary Teacher for 10 years, she became a Mum. Then, in the quest to understand her own aches and pains, Angela entered the field of body work and physical therapies and retrained as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Through her first-hand experience, Angela can attest to the benefits of massage. She believes it can also assist others to naturally reduce pain associated with physical ailments, reduce stress and tension held in the body tissues and improve quality of life.
Angela uses techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, to assist in reducing pain and inflammation, and improve functionality.
In her spare time, Angela uses a range of regular body-mind practices including Qi Gong, Tai Qi, mindful stretching and somatic mediations. She enjoys going on regular bush walks, reading, cooking healthy flavoursome foods, and music.
